Ryan is a global, corporate tax services firm headquartered in Dallas, TX serving over 18,000 clients in over 60 countries. While leading the account and delivery team over more than 3 years, we partnered with the internal team to uncover opportunities and bring their solutions to life.

I was honored to interview Ryan's clients in 8 states; designed systems described as the “best piece of software” Ryan has ever made; was the first non-employee to present at Ryan's annual firm meeting; co-wrote the keynote pivoting Ryan's direction for the next 30 years; made mistakes and learned from them; and founded lasting relationships with team members throughout the organization.
